有时，可以看到有些人在还未看清全部事件时就先下了重大的定论，
说了：“我说这样就是这样了”
以下的言论也许即将说中您、刚好使到您不开心、生气，请原谅！
曾经不知什么时候与朋友谈起：“你们做医生的，随随便便就可以有钱入带了啊。发烧，就给发烧药。咳嗽就给你咳嗽药，这样钱就来了。”
我听后静静的笑笑说，哈哈。
他又说：哪里像我的爸爸做小贩的，起身的很早，睡不够，就出来卖面了，还要看顾客的脸色做人，真麻烦。”
“做到要死要活，才有钱入带，血汗钱也”
您，曾在我进入医学院时告诉我，“嘿，很难读的也。有想过吗？等下读傻了，别哭哦。出来工作又要on call麻烦到死”
可是，今天你们却如此的对我说？是否有自相矛盾呢？？？
最近，我国的医药系统正处于一个很令人头疼的改革。
是否能不能捍卫我们原有的系统，我不知道，
因为当今的卫生部长没请我去评论，
哈哈。。
（说到自己好像很重要的人士这样。）
在那么多的不同blog的留言，我发觉到很多人认为医生所拥有的薪水是不该有那么多的。
我看了很心痛。
虽然我的教授曾跟我说过，“我们的付出，是不求求回报的“；
但，自从这一个星期里我看到的、听到的一些关于医生的不好，
我想我还是得站出来与您分享下他们的付出吧！
...刚才正如我说的我们的付出，是不求求回报的
也就是指说不管病人如何的complaint你还是得做工；
不管你身边发生什么事，你还是全心全意的付出,为的是病人。
为什么要有这样的说法呢？
医生，就从他还未知道工作的辛苦时，他们很早就被灌输要懂得付出的精神。
当他们是医学生的时候，教授的骂、被他人使唤的、低声下气的寻求帮助、牺牲与家人同居的时间与病人度过等等，一切都从你打入医学院开始。
是否你们知道，每当其他科系的学生真拥有每年都有两个月的假期在欢乐时，
我们的假期就从第一年的一个月假期变成最后一年的两个星期假期了，其余的就是与病人度过。
正当你在快乐坐在房间看书时，我们就得勤劳地在产房等待学习如何安全地接出一个新生命，不是想睡就可睡，而是您可能在早上五点才有得睡，然后七点得再回医院继续上课等。
这就是一位医学生的生活了。
虽然有时他们看起来很轻松的在外游戏，但他们的背后，是否您有看到吗？
也不是说他们的生活忙到吃饭上厕所没时间啦。
只是比想象中忙多20%吧，哈哈。
但，我本身喜欢这样的忙，
那才让我觉得什么时候是最有空的时间了。
那么我才能快乐的珍惜那段时间，
我现在就是了，
只是忙点在于研究。
除此之外，无论这世上发生什么事，你都要愿意的付出，甚至不分贫困或富有、肤色、种族等地付出。
要谦虚的不断传出你所学的知识，
为的最终目的就是病人。
在医学里，我们的“父亲”（father of medicine），所说的已成为我们在毕业时的宣誓的宣言了，
里头说明的就是
“不管是谁、什么时候，你都得医治他们，
你都得把你所学的art，来传授出来，不可有私隐起来。”
注意：是art，而不是science。
为什么呢？
我也不大清楚，但听说类似我们不把它看成一个fact，而是把病人看成整体，
我也不大清楚。
以下是那个宣言：
I SWEAR by Apollo the physician and Æsculapius, and Health, and All-heal, and all the gods and goddesses, that, according to my ability and judgment,
I will keep this Oath and this stipulation — to reckon him who taught me this Art equally dear to me as my parents, to share my substance with him, and relieve his necessities if required; to look upon his offspring in the same footing as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they shall wish to learn it, without fee or stipulation; and that by precept, lecture, and every other mode of instruction,

曾经有个刚出来的houseman跟我说：“自从我进了生产部门（这是一个最忙的rotation），我已一个星期没看过日出了”
哇。。。
What’s the meaning？
这是他从早上6点到ward，下午on call 到明天的下午五点才回家，就连晚餐没吃睡了，
明早五点起身六点进班。
他就是因为太累了，所以连饭都不想吃。
算看下：你一天里做了36个小时的工才有得真正一睡也，但你的薪水是@#￥%，不看乱说。
哈哈。。
但是但是，当中也有偷偷小睡，若没病人。；
别看到好像很忙到很惨这样啦。。。
我们都不怕辛苦，因为我们很早就被训练起，我们的一切都是为了大马人的生命。
所以，我感到很自豪，我想再也没有什么工作能那么的敬业乐业的付出。
所以，您认不认同我们所领的薪水是过多与我们所应有的吗？
医学的书也不便宜也。。。。
最近，那个医药系统的建议，为什么一直被我们拒绝呢？
我不敢代表大家说话，
但，对我本身来说，我拒绝是因为有谁能为病人真正着想呢？
病人的决定对吗？
病人是否真正知道我国医药系统是如何的吗？
我感到很好笑，要给病人选说他们要哪种的医药系统。
如果叫你买样东西，两种品牌选一个，你都至少会调查清楚后才能选择吧。
但，试问下有多少人是真正清楚知道这系统呢？
我们每次看到的是医生被告，那医生不是不是不可相信了吗？
嘿，大哥，这才证明我国的医生是有人在背后监督他们的也。
那其他人是否有呢？
我不知道。！！！

“…. The claim that doctors are less knowledgeable than pharmacists when it comes to knowledge of medicine and modern drug is ridiculous. The prescription would still need to be provided by the doctors and the pharmacists do not have any power to override the prescriptions.
