how's your life now??

every year when friends are having thier university exam, i sure will have my holiday..

also, when i am having my exam, you all sure in your own honey moon..

this year, i need to pass two main exams before proceed to my very very very busy 4th year..

according to seniors, we will have tao weeks holiday in a year when i get into 4th year..

the worse thing come when i am in a posting that combine three departments together to consider as one posting...that posting is the most terrible posting when i need to take three exams in 6 weeks time..this means every two weeks i will take exam then change to another posting..

however, i like to challenge such busy days...

now, i still busy with my Medicine Department posting...

i used to no mood study for one weeks...i don't know what was occuring that time...

but once i back from holidays, i start to get back my mood to study...

yesterday, i was asked by a specialist to interpret an ECG..

(ECG is used to help us in diagnosing heart diseases)

walau, i suddenly felt i cant make it as i never read that kind of ECG before...

after two minutes, i finally came out with my answer...

how you think about my answer????

i was scolded by him???

no, he is the doctor who went to UK study for more than 10 years..so, he looked and act very polite, and always like western people, encourage me, guide me to get the answer..

finally, i got that answer..n he asked me continue my effort to study more as he said i know more than i should know in my 3rd year...

he said: " TEOH, excellent, you get it.."

"finally, you get the answer...good. you have know more than you should...continue your effort..."

actually, as human being, we need always encourage and guide our students, friends, children to get what they want..and we should not just give them answer directly..

like yesterday, if that dr told me the answer directly, i may not so happy and very very proud to be his student..thanks dr, i will work hard..you have changed me little bit..i hope you will teach me more..thanks a lot...



so, friends, when we have discussion, dun tell answer directly to your members..let them think...also, when you guide them, you will think, and THINK is the best way to learn in medicine and anyway, even biology..many people are wrong, they wrong to say study BIOLOGY is by memorize..actually this is wrong...so, friends, think is step by step..n dun ever try to memorize what is equal to what,,,the most important is ask since this causing this, then how it resulting in it...all is theory, you need to apply it in practical, then sure you will understand more..one secret in doctor is we are trained since we enter medical school to interpret real data daily and practice it anytime anyplace...

so, in final word, GAMBATEH!!
