do you have a stigma towards a patient who has been diagnosed to have heart attack?

if one day, you meet a person who had stroke one year ago with currently bed bounded, will you still be his friend? be his family member?

what is your feeling towards them?


i think your answers your about 99% as he is still me father/brother, i will help him .....


however, if he is a mentally ill patient (means psychiatry patients), what is your acceptance level?

will the stigma appear?
will you still be his friend? his family member?


then this time, your answers will not be 99% of sure....

i hope that once you all understand that mental illness is not mad means then you will accept them much more and take them as your friends, as family member or employees as usual...

heart attack is dysfunction of heart..
stroke is dysfunction of vessels resulting in death of brain cells...
while, mental illness is dysfunction of brain chemicals balances/...
