previously said that formula made life e c..thn what formula that i will talked??
actually, in our life there's a formula that is i believe to make my my life e c whenever i facing problems..
i believe when problem come, i need to steady myself, whatever how emergency and important it is, i still need a word: "RELAX".. how to relax??it is easy to said but difficult to do..to relax, you must convince yourself, is you, you are the only person that's can solve the problem..i believe when i told myself like that, then i cool down myself 1st..it is because when you know you are the only person who has the ability to solve it, then you will relax n work very very hard to get over it..however, if the problems still persists, what step will you take??

it is e c again...i will still work hard, however i will go take a very deliciuos meal 1st b4 i continue..it act as a reward..so, with this there's comes out a formula for you to make life easy..
